I'm three items from epic achievement and sitting at 1980ish spell power just from gear. Thanks to Tree of Life and talents, I'm at 2300ish in Tree form (plus 6 extra healing done to nearby people thanks to the aura).
The
way I see it, it's not so much the spell power that makes a Druid healer, but rather the amazing mana efficiency that comes with it. Yes, I'd love for my Rejuvenation to tick for 2k out of Tree form,
but right now I'm pretty well geared (I've done Champions, Twins and Anub in ToC-10 normal) and I see other healing classes with lesser gear have much more spell power. Probably because they lack the 6 we get from
the aura.
Edit: 2500 spell power is overdoing it a bit. I don't see those numbers on any of the Druids I've done ToC10 with.

Mazrah - Troll Shaman2k SP should be fine to
get you started into ToC-10; but I can't say people wont demand more.
Only other advice would be to make sure you have a good amount of Mp5. Something upwards of 300 while-casting unbuffed, plus a good regen trinket and/or insightful earthsiege meta would do nicely.-NO. You will NOT break the $& shackle! - Jilea

2500 should put you at a pretty decent number.
It also depends on if you're 2 or 3 healing it.
I'll 2 heal 10 man toc with a disc priest and I'm sitting around 3300 raid buffed for 10 mans.-

What
kind of +healing should I get for 10 mans. It seems like I pick up healing items here and there (both cloth and leather) but my spellpower is sitting at 2k. Granted I don't blow my money on
the latest and greatest enchants, but re-gearing for tank and healer has really taxed my resources.
I know there have been people who tell me I can't heal H ToC, then summarily eat their words when we are done.
