No: The of hit required to be capped will likely be the same. It's a mechanic that works fairly well, and I haven't seen any indication that it will change.

Hello, I'm playing an affltion warlk. I would like to get an opinion from the more experieed warlks. I have an option at the moment trinket wise a. Get the badge trinket (on.....) ...OR... b. Get the Trinket from Slave Pens, the one that gives +37 spell damage and the spell haste pr. Now is the one from SP worth getting or should I just get the badge vendor one?? thank you for the help.
