All the bosses in the old world instaes have been gimped. It dreases the level differee from start to finish - whh is ne. However, they forgot to lower the level requirements for the drops.... I went through RFK with my warrior alt at lvl 28. Kked butt. Got the shield drop - YEA!!! So at lvl 29 I get group for Gnomeregan. We get into instae, and I go to equ shield.....lvl 31 requirement. DOH!!!! I just assumed......well, you know what happens when you ass...

Very different talents, as I'm sure you're aware. PvE One srifes mana effiey to get higher dps in shorter fights (y Veins). The other ireases mana effiey for greater dps over a long fight leaasting). PvP y Veins >leaasting. Fasterasting and more snares. Sweetness. I really don't think mana is mh of an issue prior to and iluding most of Kara. My raiding experiee is minimal, so Ian't speak to anything beyond that.
